E-INVITATION FOR E-APPLICATIONS FOR ENLISTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL

SUPPLIERS/MANUFACTURERS TO SUPPLY SECURITY INK (OFFSET BASE INK, FINISHED OFFSET INK, INTAGLIO BASE INK, FINISHED INTAGLIO INK &

optically variable ink)  FOR PRINTING CURRENCY AND BANK NOTE.

Electronic applications (e-applications) are hereby invited from the competent internationally reputed manufacturers /suppliers for enlistment for supply of the captioned inks for this Corporation as per under noted schedule. Documents showing terms and conditions with specifications of the said inks will be available at web: etender.spcbl.org . bd/114.130.43.56. It is to mention here that this is online invitation where only e-application will be accepted and no hard copy will be accepted except price of e-invitation schedule and sample ink. To submit e-application applicants will need to register on etender.spcbl.org.bd/114.130.43.56. For more details please contact cell: 880- 1534002183 & 880-1534002184. Necessary information is given below:

1.    Price per e-invitation schedule                                    :  1,000.00 (one thousand) Taka only.

2.    Date of publishing of e-invitation                                 :  05.07.2018.

3.    Last date & time for submission of e-application      :  08.08.2018 up to 11.00 A.M.

4.    Date & time for opening of e-application                    :  08.08.2018 at 11.15 A.M.

Applicants may collect e-invitation schedule from the aforementioned website. The interested applicants shall have to submit Taka 1000.00 (Taka one thousand) as the value of e-invitation schedule in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Bangladesh in favour of The Managing Director, The Security Printing Corporation (Bangaldesh) Ltd., Gazipur in the box kept at the Corporation office in Gazipur on or before the scheduled deadline for submission of e-application. E-application without price of e-invitation schedule shall not be acceptable. The e-application shall have to submit as per e-application guidelines mentioned at above website. The e-application(s) will be opened as per schedule mentioned above in presence of the applicant(s) if any. 01 (one) e-invitation schedule is applicable only for one principal/manufacturer for submitting one e-application alongwith price of e- invitation schedule. The authority reserves the right to reject or accept any e-application(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever. Submission of e-application after the specified time shall not be acceptable under any circumstances.
