C-3: Mode

of Shipment

The machine shall have to be shipped within 60 (sixty) days from the date of opening of letter of credit. No Freight forwarder Bill of Lading will be accepted. The supplier shall have to submit a shipment certificate to the effect that shipment has been made under direct Master Bill of Lading (with the name of shipping line).

The machine shall have to be shipped within 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the date of opening of letter of credit. The shipment will be considered as C&F based, but not FOB based. No Freight forwarder Bill of Lading will be accepted. The supplier shall have to submit a shipment certificate to the effect that shipment has been made under direct Master Bill of Lading (with the name of shipping line).

C-15 : Variation in Quantity

The authority reserves the right to vary the quantity of the machine to a reasonable extent any time before issue of Purchase Order. Such variation shall not invalidate the rates quoted by the tenderer.
